Raw foods can also help your body heal by restoring the natural ph balance and eliminating toxins. Drinking raw fruit and vegetable juices can be cleansing to your body by flushing out impurities and detoxifying your system.
There are also other raw foods such as seaweed and algae that are packed with nutrients that may not sound that tasty at first but you might want to give them a try and see for yourself. Raw seeds and nuts are also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals that can be eaten alone or added to many raw recipes.
